Our innovative and growing company is seeking candidates for the IT Help Desk Coordinator position. To join our team, please review the responsibilities and qualifications below.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance via telephone and email for multi clients of the Company.
- Respond promptly to technical issues to ensure minimal disruption for users.
- Provide regular updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the resolution process.
- Initiate contact with customers, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate with appropriate parties to resolve incidents efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT, or NVQ Level 4 or higher.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- ICT proficiency and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Female candidates residing near Colombo.
