MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER – CREDIT AND INSURANCE OPERATIONS

WE ARE SEEKING A SKILLED AND DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER - CREDIT AND INSURANCE OPERATIONS, RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING CRITICAL BACK-OFFICE FUNCTIONS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of credit operations, including verification of system functions, setup of credit facilities, and ensuring accuracy in facility postings.
  • Oversee the preparation, verification, and lodgment of all security documentation in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Manage insurance operations related to leased assets under credit facilities, ensuring:
    • All assets are timely and adequately insured.
    • Insurance policies remain in force throughout the facility tenure.
    • Proper coordination with insurance providers for policy issuance, renewals, and claims.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with operational procedures and risk management protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with branch and head office teams to ensure timely execution of operational activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit and insurance operations, ideally within a financial institution.
  • A recognized Degree or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of credit facility administration, system-based operations, and insurance handling for leased assets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
