The Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to support the sales team in achieving its targets and improving overall sales performance.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Physical Science. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of VBA for automating reports and enhancing data analysis capabilities.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
JOB PROFILE
- Collect, compile, and analyze sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret data sets and produce meaningful insights.
- Create detailed sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards to present to management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales-related reports using MS Excel and other tools.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide support.
