Chef De Partie-Chocolatier
We are looking for a Chocolatier at Soneva Fushi Resort
Requirements and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of the Cacao bean & Cacao production process.
- Ability to make homemade chocolates, sugar sculptures, and design artistic pastry and bakery showpieces.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety management through HACCP.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
- Self-driven individual, and a proactive team player.
