Job Description
Job Profile:
- Drive the Team Leaders to achieve the set targets of Cards acquisition
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies/concepts and ensure they are practised in teams
- Stay updated on the market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts
- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to increase card sales
- Ensure all the sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and the bank policies
- Ensure low audit ratings with zero repeated comments
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full/part qualification in Marketing/Sales from a recognized institution. Part qualification in Banking at IBSL would be a definite advantage
- Minimum 03 - 04 years of experience in a role of Sales and Marketing in a Bank/Finance institute
- Fair knowledge of banking, especially in card products would be beneficial
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills combined with leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
