Thema Collection invites applications for the role of Executive - Operational Excellence – a dynamic position dedicated to enhancing service standards, culinary presentation, and the overall guest journey across our prestigious collection of hotels and villas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational audits to identify and implement guest experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to elevate service delivery.
  • Work with culinary teams to refine food presentation and design “Instagrammable” dining experiences.
  • Analyze guest feedback from review platforms and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Conceptualize and curate visual experiences that resonate on social media.
  • Recommend and help implement technology-driven solutions to streamline and enrich the guest journey.
  • Benchmark industry leaders to incorporate best practices into Thema Collection’s operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a flair for hospitality and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with current hospitality trends and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
