Location: NITTAMBWA | Full-Time

HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Coordinate and improve the onboarding process
  • Identify training needs across departments through surveys and performance evaluations
  • Design and implement effective training programs and workshops

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or partly qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or professional qualification in HRM (CIPM)
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (Topjobs, LinkedIn, News Paper)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams
