KPI AND DATA ANALYST

The KPI and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data to monitor and improve the efficiency, productivity, and strategic alignment of business operations. This role focuses on tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience in data query languages (SQL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in data analysis or performance monitoring roles will be an added advantage.
