Customer Care Coordinator

JOB PROFILE

  • Coordinate hospital admissions and discharges efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of claim forms
  • Facilitate medicine delivery as needed

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Must own a bike for travel convenience
  • Willing to work on a roster basis, including night shifts
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil (both verbal and written)
  • Basic medical knowledge is an added advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Must reside in the Colombo suburbs
