Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Executive or Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and ensuring the seamless procurement of goods required for the production while managing the inventory level.

As a part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with engineering and product team to identify needs, evaluate suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Manage the procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection to purchase order management, tracking, and final delivery.

Qualifications needed for the role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing & Materials Management, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Having an Electronics Engineering exposure is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Behaves as an individual who has good or extensive experience and sound knowledge in procurement practice & focus on policy compliance.
• Experience with ERP system, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are mandatory.
• Attention to data integrity, data quality, and high productivity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.
