Post of Personal Assistant cum Secretary

Sri Lanka CERT|CC, the nation's apex body for cybersecurity, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional “Personal Assistant cum Secretary” to support our chairman. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and emails on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and documentation related to the Chairman's office.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather relevant materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman's office and internal departments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, and logistics for official events and visits.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Chairman's office, ensuring professional and confidential communication.
  • Support effective communication with government agencies, stakeholders, and other partners.
  • Assist the Chairman with day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentation materials, and documents as required.
  • Provide general administrative support across the organization when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level with 3 subjects in one sitting or Advanced Certificate equivalent to NVQ level 4 in communications, computing, social media, social sciences, business management, secretarial practice or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Secretarial role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and online conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, VOOV, etc.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Age

Age should not be more than 35 years old.

An all-inclusive monthly salary of Rs. 72,500 will be offered subject to applicable statutory deductions.
