Job Description

The Job:

• We’re looking for a skilled Executive Marker Maker especially in the intimates sector.
• This key role focuses on maximizing fabric use and ensuring efficiency and precision in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize markers for intimate apparel to maximize fabric utilization and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to understand garment specifications and ensure accurate marker creation.
• Analyze and interpret pattern layouts, fabric characteristics, and production requirements.
• Monitor and adjust marker making processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marker making and fabric consumption.
• Maintain and update marker making software and tools as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and production teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marker Maker, with a strong focus on intimates or similar apparel.
• Proficiency in marker making software and tools. (Must have Tuka knowledge and experience)
• Solid understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
