Open Positions:

1. Executive Chef
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Plan and implement menus
- Introduce new and innovative vegetarian dishes
- Manage food orders and liaise with suppliers
- Maintain health and safety regulations
- Handle kitchen accounts and staff scheduling
- Deliver excellent customer service

2. Commis I / Commis II
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the Executive Chef’s guidance
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations in assigned sections
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations

3. Chef (Rice & Curry)
- Specialize in preparing authentic Sri Lankan rice & curry dishes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Work with fresh, organic ingredients sourced from our farms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements (for all positions):
- Below 40 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Passion for vegetarian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, multitasking, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
