We are currently on the lookout for a Human Resources and Administrative Intern to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, are always curious, and aren't afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you.

What is the job role?

  • Hiring - Assist in finalising job descriptions, filtering CVs, scheduling candidate interviews, and sending rejection emails. You will also help monitor job postings on LinkedIn.
  • Onboarding Assistance - Prepare offer letters and other documents with a focus on accuracy and, under supervision, conduct HR induction sessions for new employees, and ensure that all personal documentation is collected, adding them to internal communication channels and relevant internal facilities.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management - Support the monitoring of employee milestones such as probation periods and contract end dates. Additionally, assist in drafting employment-related letters under supervision.
  • Social Media & Internal Communication - Work with the design team to gather creatives for HR-related content and help maintain a content calendar for social media and internal events managed by the employee engagement team.
  • Leaves Monitoring - Overlook and ensure proper leave records are maintained for each and every employee.
  • Events Coordination - Support all the logistics of employee engagement events, including vendor coordination, cost tracking, and scheduling. You will be responsible for internal communications related to event planning and execution.
  • Compliance & Records Management - Assist with compliance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing employee letters, such as employment verification, service letters, and salary confirmations, as per the requests of the employees and external parties under supervision.
  • Assist in managing ad-hoc HR requests from external contacts, ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and follow-up under team guidance.
  • Administrative Duties - Responsible for restocking office supplies and groceries as needed. You will also assist in tracking utility bills and coordinating timely payments to vendors while handling petty cash under supervision. Additionally, you will support general office upkeep.

Who You Are?

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
  • Possess strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Having good interpersonal skills.
  • Having good communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Prior experience working with similar tasks as a trainee or an intern would be an advantage.
