- Monitoring customer network infrastructure in a 24/7 shift setup, with a focus on incident response and coordination with technical teams.
- Overseeing the infrastructure of networks.
- Network problems must be quickly identified and fixed.
- Ensuring optimal performance of the network.
- Ensuring system stability by proactively resolving potential issues.
Educational Qualifications
- Recent graduates or holders of a diploma/higher national diploma.
- IT vendor certifications will be considered as an added advantage.
Professional Skills & Experience
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An excellent team player.
- Proficient in documenting and resolving issues.
