Production Manager
Candidate Profile:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations across all lines
- Ensure product quality, safety standards, and production efficiency
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand
- Coordinate with departments such as QA, Inventory
- Monitor resource utilization and minimize wastage
- Lead and train the production team for improved performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
