Production Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage daily production schedules for printing operations.
• Supervise screen preparation, color matching and job setups for manual or automatic presses.
• Ensure print quality meets customer specifications and internal standards.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams for artwork approvals and material availability.
• Manage and guide Print operators and help to maintain efficient workflow.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, maintenance, and general shop floor organization.
• Maintain stock levels of inks, screens, emulsions, and related consumables.
• Implement production SOPs and safety protocols across all printing activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and report daily outputs and issues.

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Any Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Technology, Chemical Process-related field or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience specifically in screen printing production.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Practical experience in screen printing on textiles, garments or flat materials.
• Familiar with screen preparation (Coating, Exposure, reclaiming) and ink handling.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW for artwork review, resizing and color separation.
• Hands-on experience with color separation, registration and curing techniques.
• Knowledge of different mech counts, emulsion types and squeegee settings.
• Experience in managing print jobs from sample development to bulk production.
