Junior Operations Coordinator

JOB PROFILE

  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations for business transactions.
  • Managing the tender process from preparation to dispatch.
  • Overseeing the dispatch of tenders and goods via couriers.
  • Coordinating financial tasks such as payment orders, SRNs, IOUs, and petty cash.
  • Handling communication through letters, emails, faxes, and mail.
  • Providing administrative support, organizing meetings, and acting as the first point of contact.
  • Efficiently filing and organizing records, invoices, and documents.
  • Demonstrating strong multitasking and time-management skills for effective task prioritization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year of confirmed experience in a similar field.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Experience working on SAP system will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English; proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution would be an advantage.
