POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and organise our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies, creating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for a fashion brand. Social media/website knowledge up to a certain point.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Work friendly with teams to ensure continuous execution of business development initiatives.
  • Regular store visits when needed, ensuring the clothing store looks up to the brand's standards.
  • Working with, and reporting to higher management.
  • Regular checking up social media/Website (Online shopping platform).
  • Develop relationships with internal contacts both local and overseas whilst having the ability to work closely with business partners.
  • Seasonal Photoshoots and influencer collaboration management alongside CEO's help.
  • Establish and manage a budget for all retail marketing programs and collaborate with current retail accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge about social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Team Player.
  • Passion for fashion will be an added advantage.
