Job Description:
The role involves designing, implementing, programming, and commissioning Building Automation Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement building automation systems to optimize energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and optimize implemented solutions.
- Develop and deploy custom software solutions for monitoring, controlling, and analyzing building systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse building technologies and ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to resolve complex problems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management.
- OR Bachelor degree in Engineering with specialization in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
- Candidates with programming skills, particularly in languages such as C#, C++, Python, or Java, will be preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to details is necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in real time systems integrated with building services will be an added advantage.
- Past records of extra-curricular activities will be considered favorable.
