BAKER

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, desserts, etc.
  • Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
  • Maintain oven/mixer/proofer per safety and hygiene standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
  • Clean and organize workstations and equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum 02 years of experience as a Baker.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Culinary diploma or certificate in baking/pastry arts preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to stand long periods and move heavy trays

ROOM ATTENDANT/ KITCHEN STEWARD

  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

CASHIER

Responsibilities

  • Operate cash register and handle cash, credit and debit card transactions.
  • Greet customers and answer any questions related to pricing, products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as a cashier will be an added advantage.
