MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (International Sales)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up regularly on leads and sales inquiries.
  • Effectively pitch products to prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Generate referral business by leveraging existing clientele.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Lead and follow through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Address client inquiries, suggestions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with prospects, partners, and clients.
  • Research market trends and analyze potential business opportunities.

CANDIDATES PROFILE:

  • A professional qualification or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Manager – Business Development: Minimum 6 years of experience in tea or a related industry.
  • Executive – Business Development: Minimum 2 years of experience in tea or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on sales.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
