A professional qualification or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Manager – Business Development: Minimum 6 years of experience in tea or a related industry.
Executive – Business Development: Minimum 2 years of experience in tea or a related industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proven negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Customer-oriented with a strong focus on sales.
Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
Sound business acumen with the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
