HR MANAGER
Sunrise Consortium (Pvt) Ltd, an established group of companies based in Kandy is seeking an experienced HR manager who will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessments, and hiring top talent to meet company needs.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and training programs to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Develop and manage competitive salary structures, incentives, and benefits to attract and retain employees.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, handle employee grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Streamline HR processes, improve employee engagement, and foster a strong organizational culture in the company.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and workforce planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and labor regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
