At Club Palm Bay, Marawila
F & B MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the F&B department within budgeted guidelines and to be of the highest standards
- Ensure consistent high-quality service and product standards are maintained
- Manage budgets and financial plans for the food and beverage department
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing food and beverage staff
Prerequisites
- Professional qualification in Hospitality from a recognized university/institute
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
