We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Laundry to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring high standards of linen and uniform care while coordinating with key departments to support the overall guest experience. Your leadership and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency, hygiene, and service consistency across the hotel’s laundry functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linen and uniforms
• Ensure proper handling of guest laundry and adherence to quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols within the laundry department
• Maintain inventory and support ordering of laundry chemicals and supplies
