CHIEF MARKETING & OPERATIONS OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, operations, and/or product leadership
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with data-driven leadership and digital transformation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead integrated strategies across Marketing, Operations, and Product
- Manage units across Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day business activities while driving brand and growth objectives
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and customer experience
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and leadership
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, content, and CRM
- Monitor product performance and ensure market readiness of new launches
- Optimize internal processes, resource allocation, and vendor management
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to long-term business planning
