We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Business Development.

POST OF ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - GALLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive hospital growth and service expansions.
• Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase client acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and outreach.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, medical consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
