We are gearing up for the construction of Pentara Residencies - a 40-storey ultra-luxury high-rise in the heart of the city - and we’re looking for motivated, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our award-winning construction team.

PROJECT MANAGER

• Chartered Civil Engineer with overall Fifteen (15) years of experience
• Proven track record of effectively managing high-rise construction projects is essential
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy in project Management tools, Auto cad is necessary
• Good PR skills to liaise with consultants

SITE MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering overall Ten (10) years of experience OR Diploma with Fifteen (15) years of experience
• Minimum Five (05) years of experience as a Site Manager in high-rise construction projects
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy in project Management tools, Auto cad are necessary
• Thorough knowledge in apartment construction industry in Sri Lanka is vital
• Good command in both Sinhala & English languages
