Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships
(Vehicle Dealer Network & Institutional Alliances)

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnerships strategy for the vehicle dealer/importer segment and related institutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, focusing on long-term value creation.
- Lead negotiations and structure complex partnership deals, including volume-based incentives, exclusive agreements, and co-branded campaigns.
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Marketing teams to co-create partnership solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
- Design performance frameworks and KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry forums, dealer conventions, and networking events to elevate brand presence and foster trust.
- Stay abreast of automotive and financial services industry trends to proactively drive innovation in partnership models.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry in Sri Lanka will be critical.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
