Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Management or Business Administration and equivalent

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prepare presentations and present to an audience.
• Report Generation and documentation.

Requirements:

• Candidate requires to work in team environment and coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
• Report and update management in regular intervals and involve in-service incident management.
• Measure and maintain overall customer satisfaction in highest quadrant.
