CUSTOMER SERVICE/ RECOVERY OFFICER

We are a branch office of a Group of Companies based in USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND our subsidiary company Truvino Group based in USA.

Currently looking for a dynamic, energetic individual with flair for customer service to be responsible for assisting Customers based in USA to join our team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• GCE O/L Required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Spoken and Written Proficiency in English.
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a highly computerized environment.
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 are essential.

WORKING HOURS

WILL BE FOR USA TIMINGS, FROM 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
