INBOUND TOURS
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Tour Executive and Junior Travel Executive for Inbound Tours. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate professionals looking to build a rewarding career in the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound tour operations efficiently.
- Liaise with local service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout their journey.
- Assist in itinerary planning and tour costing.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and general IT literacy.
- A genuine passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
- A full or part qualification in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A degree in Management or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
