Candidate Profile
- Age: Preferred between 27 to 30 years
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a call center or as a Call Center Associate
- Previous experience in banking culture will be a definite advantage
- Willing to work day and night shifts (rotational)
- Strong team management and coordination skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and decision-making ability
