OFFICE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit banks and external institutions on a regular basis or as directed.
  • Deliver invoices, letters, and other documents, and collect cheques.
  • Support procurement functions by visiting suppliers and third-party service providers.
  • Submit or collect documents from external parties on behalf of staff.
  • Assist departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Successfully completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Must possess a valid riding license
  • Owning a motorcycle is mandatory
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • (Petrol and motorcycle maintenance allowance will be provided)
