ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a manager, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to embed operational excellence across plant operations. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement programs, optimizing operational efficiency, and instilling a culture of high performance. This role will have high visibility at the group level and requires close collaboration across departments to drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Business Excellence strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive TPM implementation across departments to improve equipment effectiveness and reduce losses.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Prepare relevant reports, performance analysis, and presentations to be shared at the group level.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure progress and effectiveness of excellence initiatives.
• Conduct training and capability-building sessions to develop employee engagement in excellence frameworks.
