IT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the school’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, servers, and databases.
- Implement and monitor cyber security policies and data protection practices.
- Lead planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and digital learning initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and services.
- Manage the overall IT budget, including for all branches.
- Ensure compliance with educational technology standards and best practices.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations and the IT team across all branches.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cloud computing.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation in schools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
