RECEPTIONIST
ABOUT US

THE ROLE:
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and information.
- Coordinate administrative support with departments.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies when needed.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and follow security procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
