ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee administrative operations, office management, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HR systems and tools.
  • Managed training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR management or similar role.
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
