SERVICE & REPAIR COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Receive repair items from customers and issue receipts
• Update customers on repair progress
• Coordinate with service technicians and service executives
• Prepare repair invoices after completion
• Enter service reports into the system
• Follow up with technicians for repair completion and item collection

Requirement

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) completed
• Basic computer knowledge
• 1+ year experience in documentation and customer handling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle customers and manage repair records
• Experience in service or repair coordination will be an added advantage
