Sales Representative - Male

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified in GCE A/L, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Sinhala, English or Tamil language.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesale buyers to promote products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
• Collect market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and product performance.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visibility at outlets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
