Key Responsibilities
n
n- Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and maintenance activities.
n- Visit project sites and coordinate with technicians for service execution.
n- Follow up on repairs, installations, and AMC-related work.
n- Handle client inquiries and prepare emails, reports, and quotations.
n- Maintain service records, technical documentation, and Excel reports.
n- Track spare parts availability.
n- Support daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal coordination.

Requirements
n
n- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) or relevant field.
n- 1–3 years of experience in a technical or coordination role (freshers with strong skills can be considered).
n- Basic knowledge of water pumps, control panels, or industrial equipment (preferred).
n- Good communication skills (email writing and client handling).
n- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
n- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
n- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites daily using a motorbike.
