Business Development & Technical

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to service records, preventive services, and breakdowns
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities • Prepare and submit quotations and proposals
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate engineering projects, services, and sales activities, particularly for industrial water pumps
  • Provide technical support, resolve issues, and attend breakdowns when required
  • Coordinate and monitor external contractors and in-house technicians
  • Ensure compliance and operational standards across projects, services, and sales activities
  • Promote new product ranges related to the industry

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 certification
  • Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
  • Strong technical and client communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
