Key Responsibilities
- Handle the company hotline and manage all customer inquiries professionally.
- Drive sales via inbound & outbound calls using strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Maintain persistent follow-ups with leads to ensure successful closures.
- Accurately update and manage the customer database.
