Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the company hotline and manage all customer inquiries professionally.
  • Drive sales via inbound & outbound calls using strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain persistent follow-ups with leads to ensure successful closures.
  • Accurately update and manage the customer database.
