Job Profile

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Risk & Compliance to support the organization in maintaining effective risk management practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying operational risks, monitoring compliance processes, and supporting governance initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Roles

  • Assist in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and compliance procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational, financial, and regulatory risks within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to improve control measures and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance-related functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and corporate governance practices is preferred.
