Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our PDI Operation in Kalutara. This role plays a key part in managing parts inventory and ensuring accurate and efficient store operations in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound processes including raising Purchase Orders (PO), generating Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and clearing Goods in Transit (GIT) using SAP.
- Oversee outbound operations such as preparing pick lists, verifying and packing orders, posting Goods Issue (PGI), and ensuring 100% invoice delivery.
- Maintain accurate stock records (~2000 line items), perform regular bin checks, monthly cycle counts, and assist with annual inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the workspace.
- Support achievement of annual budgeted targets and KPIs including Turnover (TO) and Gross Profit (GP).
Candidate Profile
- GCE A/L qualification with the ability to read and write in English.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a store or warehouse-related function.
- High attention to detail, physically fit, and capable of working in a warehouse environment.
