ASSISTANT MANAGER – COMPLIANCE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Compliance to support our Quality Assurance functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate CQA meetings and compliance-related activities
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports
  • Support faculties in compliance and documentation processes
  • Develop SoPs and maintain compliance documentation
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional reporting and compliance tracking

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience in handling audits or regulatory requirements is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
