Cost Accountant / Cost Controller (Male)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of food costing and pricing as per industry.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring inventory levels and tracking the average cost.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed food profitability reports for management review and decision-making.
- Carry out any additional analyses or reports required by management.
- Organize and participate in stock verification processes.
Requirements
- Full or Part qualification in CIMA, CMA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- More than three years of progressive experience in Management Accounting and Food Control in Hospitality Industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with financial software systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Below 35 years of age.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Katunayake area.
