MARKETING MANAGER – HOSPITALITY & RETAIL FOCUS

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CREATIVE, DATA-DRIVEN, AND STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER TO LEAD OUR MARKETING EFFORTS AND DRIVE BRAND GROWTH ACROSS OUR HOSPITALITY AND RETAIL BRANDS (JEWELRY).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in hospitality sector and Jewelry retail stores are added advantages.
