SALES EXECUTIVE - RENEWABLE FUEL

Scope of the Role

The Sales Executive – Renewable Fuel will be responsible for driving business development and sourcing renewable fuel materials, including Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and biomass, to support operational needs. The role focuses on market expansion, customer relationship management, and achieving sourcing targets, while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. The position requires strong coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient waste collection, delivery, and utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand MSW and biomass sourcing channels to meet business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient waste collection and delivery.
  • Negotiate, manage, and close customer contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels and quality of waste materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle the client issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and ensure strong follow-up and engagement.
  • Support sales growth and revenue targets through business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or MSW/biomass sourcing.
  • Knowledge in industrial/environmental processes and safety standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for performance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and general computer applications.
