Join our Team as a Executive – AI Automation & Digital Transformation
Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Map and analyze existing business workflows across departments to identify prime opportunities for automation and AI integration.
- Build, test, and deploy smart, AI-powered workflows using automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom APIs.
- Integrate Large Language Model capabilities (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into internal business tools and data pipelines. Design, optimize, and maintain a centralized prompt library for company-wide use.
- Continuously monitor, test, and iterate on deployed automations to ensure maximum uptime, data integrity, and performance.
- Create clear process documentation and user guides for non-technical stakeholders, supporting smooth adoption of newly implemented AI tools.
- Support senior team members on flagship digital transformation initiatives and broader enterprise ecosystem integrations.
- Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively surface new tools, features, or use cases to the team.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience. Prior internship or professional project work involving practical AI/ML pipelines is an advantage. Experience within the apparel or manufacturing industry is a distinct plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, generative AI applications, and LLM APIs.
- Practical familiarity with at least one no-code/low-code automation platform (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Power Automate).
- Foundational programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON data structures (advantageous).
- Experience with traditional RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate Desktop (advantageous).
- A self-starter mindset with a drive for ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts clearly for business users.
